How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking page and enter the order code from your confirmation (it starts with GG-) along with the email you ordered with. You will see the latest status of every item.
How does delivery work?
We pack and dispatch every order ourselves, delivered across India. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after we confirm your order. Delivery is free — it is built into item pricing.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All 14 districts of Kerala — from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod — plus domestic delivery across India and international express shipping to UAE, US, UK, GCC, Europe, and worldwide destinations.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — payments are processed via Razorpay, which handles the card and UPI details directly. We never see or store them.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Refunds process within 5–10 business days.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us with your order code and photos and we will sort out a replacement or a refund.

Do I need an account to shop?
You can check out as a guest, but creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, and build a wishlist.
How do I reset my password?
Go to your profile page while logged in to set a new password. If you are locked out, contact us for help.
