Returns and exchanges are accepted when a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video of the sealed parcel being opened. Returns for size or fit are not accepted. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Follow the care label on the garment first. As a general guide: dry clean or gentle hand wash in cold water, keep embroidery and embellishment turned inside out, and avoid soaking, wringing or bleach.

Dry in shade to protect colours, iron on low to medium heat with a pressing cloth over embellished areas, and store folded in a breathable bag away from damp and direct sunlight.
